Thursday morning I had time for a quick walk along the road and the car park around Wat Tham Phap Long Chiang Dao, again plenty of birds including a pair of
Collared Falconets and a
Chestnut-winged Cuckoo. Left Chiang Dao mid morning and whilst driving to Sukhothai saw a pair of
Red-billed Blue Magpie over the road near Lampang and three
Black Baza.

Friday morning was spent looking around the historical park at Sukhothai, though not really birding did see a small group of
Small Minivets, lots of
Asian Koel and a few
Taiga Flycatcher including several breeding plumage birds.
Saturday and Sunday also both non birding days with only noteworthy record a
Spotted Owlet at Lopburi in a temple grove.
A few non birding photos from Sukhothai.
